This web site has been created as a way to share information
about the Simley High School and Inver Grove Middle School Bands.
It is not supported by ISD #199 or Simley High School.
It is a way of sharing news, events, etc., throughout the year and giving back to all the people who work so hard to make
the Inver Grove Heights Band Boosters a successful organization.
As the year progresses, we hope to update and improve the site.

We would like to invite parents to attend our Booster Meetings which are held on the second Thursday of each month from September-June at 7:00 p.m in the High School Band Room.
This is a great chance to meet parents, get involved and learn more about what we do.

Marching Band season is here !!!! Parents and students alike are all excited.
There will be a mandatory marching band trip meeting on Monday, August 4th in the band room starting at 5:30pm sharp. This is for students and parents.
There will be a free community performance on Tuesday, August 5th at 7pm. The band will be marching on the football field.
Parents are encouraged to use this web site to stay informed of important dates. We also maintain a mailing list. If you are not on our mailing list, we encourage you to email us at ighband@hotmail.com and tell us your student's name and give us your email address where you would like to recieve band news.
Also we always welcome parents to join us at parades as chaperones. You will recieve email announcements each week before a parade that includes the time to be at school as well as the start and end points for the parade routes and directions to the parade.
